Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • This giveaway is open to verified past guests of The Radium Experience, who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees of the management team, their immediate family members, and commercial partners are ineligible to win.

2. How to Enter

  • To enter, guests must complete the Review Form located on the official website.

  • Limit of one (1) entry per booking. Multiple reviews for the same stay will not result in multiple entries.

  • Reviews must be authentic and based on a genuine stay at the property.

3. Content Standards & Usage Rights

  • By submitting a review, you grant the property owners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and publish your review text and any uploaded images for marketing and promotional purposes on our website and social media.

  • Reviews containing profanity, defamatory language, or sensitive personal information will be disqualified and removed.

4. The Prize

  • The prize consists of one (1) voucher for a two-night stay at The Radium Experience, in Radium Hot Springs, BC.

  • The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Blackout Dates: Redemption is subject to availability and excludes peak holiday periods, including Christmas (Dec 20–Jan 5), July/August weekends, and statutory long weekends in British Columbia.

5. Selection of Winner

  • One winner will be selected via a random draw from all approved reviews submitted within the entry period (e.g., bi-annually on June 1st and December 1st).

  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the form.

  • To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The property owners are not responsible for technical failures of the Squarespace form or Google Sheets storage that may result in a lost entry.

  • The winner is responsible for their own transportation to and from Radium Hot Springs and any incidental costs during their stay.
